Ideal conditions do not exist. Identifying how and why actors make choices in reality, instead of theory, will inform scholars, policy makers, and the general public on how to better address decision making trends. It may even provide insight for measures to increase public participation, voter turnouts, and understanding of the political processes.
In this project, I will investigate why individual’s level of knowledge and interest in international politics vary across countries. The complication is important to global politics since it influences the perceptions and behavior of the actors. The investigation is two phase:
1. comprehensive literature review and theory development, and
2. theory and hypothesis examination through big data analysis.

Dryv Caps are low carbon steel and are lubed in a water based Cetyl. The diamond added exposes the low carbon steel to the water based lubricant and corrosion ensues. The goal of this project was to calculate how long it takes until corrosion ensues when pieces are in storage and not in use, and to determine what storage conditions, and environment(s) are most corrosive when the diamond is added.
Tasks included communicating with industry, coordinating and designing experiments, communicating with team members, material storage, and team management.
